Altona Minor Baseball is happy to offer Fall Ball sessions in September. We will run sessions on Saturday afternoons in September - starting on the 7th and running on the 14th, 21st, and 28th as well.
The 90 minute sessions would cover basic skills - batting practice, pitching/back catching, infielding/outfielding. The goal is to give kids a few additional reps before winter.
The cost is $50 per player. E-transfers can be sent to altonaminorbaseball@gmail.com
Players would participate at the level they will be playing next season. So if they were a major age player in 11u this year they would be in the 13u group for fall ball (to get them looking toward next season). The 11u group is open for 2024 Grand Slam players who will be moving into 11u next season.
Plan would be to run sessions as follows:
12:30-2:00 pm - 11u (at Diamond 2)
2:00-3:30 pm - 13u (at Diamond 2)
3:30-5:00 pm - 15u/18u (location TBC)
Players should arrive 15 minutes before their sessions to start warming up.
